These brief sessions make a great introduction to “Immanuel Interventions” and the Immanuel Approach to emotional healing. The 15 to 21 minute condensed session length is ideal for sharing with the busy folks in your life.
1) Alex: Very First IA Trauma-Work Session, Condensed #2: Clogged Toilet,16min.(2018) After profound healing in the memory of his stepfather’s death, Jesus leads Alex to a memory of a visit to his biological father and heals the painful shame Alex felt when his father publically rebuked him for clogging the toilet. At the one-month follow-up interview, Alex still perceives Jesus with him in the memory and reports that the (previously) traumatic memory is now “Just a funny story.”
2) Judy: Infant, Primary Caregiver Absence Wound, Condensed Part 1,20 min. (2019) This session provides a perfect example of the blockage that usually prevents healing for infant, primary caregiver absence-wounds – the infant in the memory insists that she will only receive the love she needs from her primary caregiver and therefore refuses to allow anyone else to fill the absence-wound hole. Fortunately, we also see Jesus implement a beautiful, masterful intervention -- he shows Judy her mother’s true heart. This resolves the blockage, and then we see Jesus heal an infant, primary caregiver absence-wound.
3) Judy: Infant, Primary Caregiver Absence Wound, Condensed Part 2,17 min. (2019) This session also provides examples of an initial positive memory with a splinter, a guardian-lie being resolved, and the easiest possible way to remove the demonic infection. Three months later, the absence-wound continues to feel resolved and Judy describes positive changes in her relationship with her mother.
4) Sharon: Dread, Avoidance, and Resistance from Guardian Lies, Condensed #1: Dread of Shame,18 min. (2019) This session provides an excellent example of guardian lies producing dread, avoidance, and resistance that hinder the recipient’s connection with Jesus. Fortunately, this session also provides an excellent example of the connection with Jesus improving as guardian lies are identified and resolved. Follow-up shows that Sharon’s improved connection with Jesus has remained.
